Cryptococcus spp. meningitis

Inductietherapie:
liposomaal amfotericine B 1x 3à5 mg/kg iv
PLUS
flucytosine 4x 25 mg/kg iv
Duur: 2 weken (HIV en transplantpatiënten) of 4 weken
Consolidatietherapie:
fluconazol 1x 800 mg po op dag 1, daarna 1x 400 mg po
Duur: 8 weken
