amoxicilline 2 g iv om de 6 uur
PLUS
gentamicine 5 mg/kg om de 24 uur
PLUS
metronidazol 500 mg iv - éénmalige dosis voor insnijden

Opmerkingen

Duur behandeling:
- koortsvrij bij partus: nog 1 dosis postpartum
- nog koorts bij partus: behandelen met amoxicilline en gentamicine tot 24 uur koortsvrij, metronidazol éénmalig postpartum

Ernstige penicilline allergie

clindamycine 900 mg iv om de 8 uur
PLUS
gentamicine 5 mg/kg om de 24 uur
PLUS
metronidazol 500 mg iv - éénmalige dosis voor insnijden

Opmerkingen

indien patiënte drager van clindamycine resistente Streptococcus agalactiae is vancomycine 2x 1 g om de 12 uur aangewezen in plaats van clindamycine
duur behandeling:
- koortsvrij bij partus: nog 1 dosis postpartum
- nog koorts bij partus: behandelen met clindamycine (of vancomycine) en gentamicine tot 24 uur koortsvrij, metronidazol éénmalig postpartum
