Eerste keuze

amoxicilline 2 g iv om de 6 uur
PLUS
gentamicine 5 mg/kg om de 24 uur
PLUS
azithromycine 1x 1 g po - éénmalige dosis

Opmerkingen

Duur behandeling:
- koortsvrij bij partus: nog 1 dosis postpartum
- nog koorts bij partus: behandelen tot 24 uur koortsvrij

Ernstige penicilline allergie

clindamycine 900 mg om de 8 uur
PLUS
gentamicine 5 mg/kg om de 24 uur
PLUS
azithromycine 1x 1 g po - éénmalige dosis

Opmerkingen

  • indien patiënte drager van clindamycine resistente Streptococcus agalactiae is vancomycine 2x 1 g om de 12 uur aangewezen in plaats van clindamycine
  • duur behandeling:
    - koortsvrij bij partus: nog 1 dosis postpartum
    - nog koorts bij partus: behandelen tot 24 uur koortsvrij
