CAP IV (hospitalisatie IZ)

Risicofactoren voor Pseudomonas aeruginosa of MDRO:

• recente hospitalisatie (≥ 5 dagen in de laatste 3 maanden)
• recente antibiotica (laatste 3 maanden) of frequent antibiotica
• gekende kolonisatie met Pseudomonas aeruginosa of MDRO

Structureel longlijden:

• bronchiëctasieën
• ernstig COPD (GOLD III-IV)
• ernstig interstitieel longlijden
• status na longtransplantatie
